Is there ne new rule tht v cant upload pics ne more ?? I am jus a beginner and earlier i was able 2 add pics but now am not able 2 do .so ..neone can xplain this 2 me ??

yes, now according to new rule the members who have their rating more than 500 will be able to upload pics in the discussion currently u have only 175 be fast and cross 500
