I suffer alot with anxiety, my self esteem is up and down which effects my relationships with people i love. I have times where i feel confident and really happy and then times where i wouldn`t say boo to a mouse and can`t find enjoyment out of anything! I`m debating whether i need to see a councillor?

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

I teach depression awareness, if you have to ask you know the answer. So, what are you waiting for? Take the step toward being happy.

My life seems to echo yours and i am currently having the same thoughts about visiting a counsellor.
I know there are many demons in my past that seem to surface every now and then and affect my life.
I am torn between visiting my doctor, but feel he wil only percribe medication and don't want to give what little control i have away. Or visiting a counsellor, but am then worried that things will get worse once I open pandora's box and let the demons loose.
