Which one is best Indoor Games or Outdoor Games?

I think Outdoor Games are best one because it gives energy and health.

Well I think both the games have their own advantages. One cant just say only outdoor games are best because we think we spend more energy on them. Even in indoor games one looses the same amount of energy as much he does in outdoor if he wants.
