3 weeks before my wedding i had to go. The most uncomfortable painful experience ever. Not sure if the machines used in all the countries are the same, but yikeseby! this machine soooooooo had to be invented by a 'man'. So not woman friendly! Has anyone had the horrible experience of undergoing a mammo?

I've had lots of them and I think they get more painful as time goes on. I gave up going for them as I didn't see why I should have to endure so much pain when there was nothing wrong with me. Much worse than somebody banging into your ankles with a shopping trolley!!

I promise i'll stay clear from you in the aisles......
Well glad to hear that there is no need to continue, i on the other hand have to endure a regular 6mth ck up where i have to undergo needle aspirations. I swear, i'd rather have someone knocking mi ankles off.....:)

I cannot say that i hope you never have to have one, as i think its a good precautionary measure to take. It's worth the discomfort and pain if it means you are looking after yourself. Hopefully wherever you are from, the machines are 'more friendly'...LOL!!!
