Expectaions leads to sorrow!!

Expecting form others is like bringing trouble & sorrow to oneself..... It not only materialistic expectations but also expectations in a relationship.
It is my personal experience that when we expect less we get more, and when we expect more we get nothing.
This is the truth of life!!
