Problem with Mylot

I face the same problem too. No worry, it takes time. So far, i observe in order to increase your discussion exposure among the millions of other discussion, then a few things you need to pay attention to: 1) tagging of your discussion. The mylot script somehow sort out those discussion with interesting tag and have a higer display priority. You can do some simple quick research on how owner of hot discussion tag their own discussion. 2) Content quality. I think those discussion in the 'hot disccusion' series are those with quality description. It's just at least more than 3 lines long and disccusing something meaningfull (not spam or rubbish, i mean) Besides, those interest/attractive content to attract more response. 3) Making more friends. Usually we will respond to friend's disccussion. After you become famous, then more people will reply to your discussion. That's why an attractive avatar is important ;) Lastly, i would say it takes time. Coz i had a discussion which is having only about 20 response at first, but i had accumulated near to 200 after 1 month. So, be patient, follow steps above will show you some result. I had also a lot of 0 response discussion and i am still learning too :p Hope this help.

i would not worry about it we all seem to be having this problem. It seems to me that the better the conversation topic the less replies they get. I have noticed that the better topics are often harder to answer, they can not be answered in one or two words so tend to get over looked, in short people are lazy

though iam not very old at this thing .. but what you can do it is try startin new topics in some of your interest area not in general discussions .. it will yield better results ..
