Cotton is grown in a field. Then it's taken to a cotton gin where they start processing it. After that it is sent to a denim plant where they weave it together, color it, and put in on big rollers. Then it's sent to the manufacturing company.

Where are you from? I grew up in Alabama and we grew lots of cotton and picked it by hand. Today they don't grow as much, only big farm, and it is picked by machinery.

Maybe now more people will want to work in the fields, I'd love to see big machinery go out of business @granbuddy
