dog are good as a pet?????

Dogs are good for hunting and for protection. I dont think that they are good as pets.

I suggest you read some books. It doesn't sound like you know a lot about dogs and you need to be well educated on them before taking one in as a family pet. Each dog is different and some breeds are more aggressive than others. You need to research breeds and find the right one for you. Take a trip to your local animal shelter and spend some time with the dogs and talk to the people who work there. See if you can find a local dog park too to talk to current owners and maybe they can help you as well. Dogs are a huge responsibility, especially if you get a puppy. They need a lot of attention and training and potty training (house training) can often result in people giving back their dog if they aren't ready for it. You'll need to be sure you have enough money set aside for toys, supplies (food, heart worm, flea/tick) as well as money for vet visits for vaccinations and anything that might come up if your dog gets sick. yes they're good pets.they're man's bestfriend!take the guy up there's advice you can't just get any dog,they're a lot of work just like having a baby.you have to bring them to the vet give them vaccinations, train them etc.goodluck

they are very good for the people, if you get the correct dog you will not have any trouble, I mean it depends if you have kids or you need a dog for protect your house.
