1. You open a paypal account www.paypal.com (Premier account)
2. You should have either debit or credit card
3. They draw 1.95$ from your credit/debit card as fees.
4. They reimburse this amount moment you carry out one transaction. That means virtually no fees.
5. It will take one week for you to report a number marked in your credit card statement opposite paypal withdrawal of 1.95$. This number you will have to send it to paypal.
6 Mylot sends the payment to paypal on or before 15th OCt.
7. You will get e-mail from mylot and as well from paypal.
8. Confirm the paypal e-mail.
9. You can draw the amount. The hitch is if you want them to send it to your bank account (outside US), they charge $5.
10. Minimum withdrawal will be $150
11. Money cannot be withdrawn through credit/debit card
You should not give your paypal email address to any one.

I think that in order to receive your payment you have to have atleast a banking account. But I'm not sure. Try looking on paypals website. I'm sure that it will tell you there.
