pranayama sure shot to slimness n health

Just start with only 2 PRANAYAMAS namely Anulom Vilom n Kapalbhati for only 15 minutes morning n evening 1hour before meals for 1month be rergular and see 4 yourself you shall definitely loose weight. Dont waste time on money consuming, unhealthy n time wasting tactics viz dieting, 2 much excercise, tablets etc JUST TRY THIS

i don think so pranayanam is sure shot to slimness but u will surely get good health n bcum fit...u will recover frm cough n cold n other such breathing problems

dear Dipti pranayama has been and will be the answer 2 all of the mental and physical probelms we are facinf in this fast paced life of ours but you have to do the prnayamas in the correct way please visit www.divyayoga.com if interested and in the Anulom vilom take the maximum possible air in and exhle the max air out and do others pranayama with NISTHA keeping the mind empty you shall sure loose weight worry disease I have been personally benefitted in the case of a chronic disease
