ethernet cable or usb cable is best for internet?????

Ethernet i think. if usb is better than ethernet should have been replaced by usb cable in my offece were not using any usb cable in our modems even it has usb port.

USB has a faster speed than ethernet, but it's not the best or internet access. Ethernet gives a more stable connection and a more stable speed too. Ethernet use hardware connection which use modem specification, and USB use computer system with software for connection, so with USB you can't share internet access easily. So I use ethernet connection for internet and network.

Ethernet is faster and better than USB connection so go for it.But you to have ethernet card in your system.USB are available in every computer.

Definitely Ethernet connection since it can reach speeds into the Gigabytes while USB is still in the Megabyte range for transfers. Also some modems still use only Ethernet and many computers now are coming with Ethernet ports specially for the internet. If anything USB is a good backup incase your port goes bad and need a temporary hookup until you can buy a new one.

ofcourse is Ethernet much better than usb.Because you get the full speed of the internet not through the usb port.It will be much better is you use Ethernet,it will be much better.

Alright this is how I normally explain it. With USB connections it is software driven and will slow your connection down. Being Ethernet it's Hardware driven and will always work that big harder and faster. :)
