how can i know wat is my rating and what should be done so that it increases the fastest????????i am always thinking what are the best ways to bring out the maximum no of referrals too...and wat kind of discussions should i start???? does getting a best response help in increasing my earnings

the rating is given just after the user
name . At present it is 57 for you . Keep
participating on different topics here so
that your rating increases .
The discussions can be of any type which
should be of human interest to respond .
we should avoid simple topics such as " do
you like coffee or tea ? " .
And getting a best response helps in
getting some extra money .
if possible use a blog / website to
get more referrals ...

For a beginner, you got to responds to discussions more then posting. For referrals, refer your link with a breif description about it, or in forums.
