I do not have great credit and neither does my husband. We both have a card with Capital One. capitalone.com I am sure that there are a lot of others out there as well. You might also start with store cards originally to help build your credit. I hasve one with QVC, Goodys, Bealls Outlet and a few others places as well.

Try "Bank Of America" and "Capital One" they have secured credit cards for people with bad or no credit. You send them a deposit and they send you a card. If you make all your monthly payments on time they will eventually send you back your deposit (they put in a CD and it collects interest) usually after one year. A friend of mine did this. What ever is the amount of your deposit is the amount of your credit limit and they even let you send them more money over time to increase your deposit/credit limit. Good luck.

hmm I dont think you can get a credit card anywhere in the World with bad credit. I am not clear though if you are asking about a bad credit history or credit being offered by the card company as being bad as in too low. I think what ever credit you are getting can never be bad since the credit is after all free and nothing free can be bad. can it?

you can use a prepaid credit card, which are the best ones to use when your credit is bad. or you can find a company that you have to put like $200 upfront and only pay $20 a month. they are out there you just have to go online and find them
