Favourite cheese?

What's your favourite type? I prefer soft cheeses, brie, camonbert and mozerella are my favourites. I've never really liked stilton or goats cheese.

i like block cheese and shredded the best...i can put it on anything and it would taste great

I love caraway havarti. It's really good cubed and eaten with walnuts.
