in a balanced relationship it gains a relationship at par, but if one of the two leaves that it is the other to resolve many things here that enters in dance the saying and generally they are the women to advise to a man what to make, always depends on the persons. .w from the situation in which is being lived

I think you are right, it only works if there is a real partnership. Perhaps years ago a woman could influence a man's success but not today.

This is an adage that proves the coexistence of both the sexes to strive for perfection. It tells that a man is incomplete without a woman.

Well I think the saying is "behind every successful man is a woman" and it doesn't really refer to the man and female working together. Instead it refers to the female and male's relationship where if the wife stayed at home she supported the husband emotionally and socially.
