restoreing a computer........

A friend of mine is trying to restore her computer and for some reason it will not restore. I have checked all her settings and they are correct as far as i can tell, I am no guru after all. What would cause a computer to not restore?

U trying to restore ur system but ur pc can,t restoing i faced this problem many time i face this problem but i can,t solve it but i tell u reason why its not doing i think u get any virus in ur computer thats virus finsih ur all restore piont may be for that i think u change ur restore point than i think it will be restore ok
