Walking America!

I have thought about beging a walk of America. The idea is to find potential sponsors that would be willing to donate monthly to support this walk. The walkers would travel the USA on foot and camp along the way. Their limit is to do it on 10 dollars a day. Anything raised over and above that would then be donated to aiding the homeless in America to get on their feet and become part of modern society. What do you think of this idea? Any ideas to share? Opinions? Would you support this idea?
