cold water is good?

I would say that if u have a bath in cold water u would become fresh and energitic but u can not become fair, To become fair u should either avoid the sun or either u should reside in a cold country like russia, europe, canada or usa to become fair, since sun exposure to these countries is significantly low compared to those countries that re close to the equator like india
