What happens when you run out of smokes?

Can't get to the store.. Maybe you can't drive, or don't have a car, or are at work.. what do you do? Do you start stuffing your face full of snacks? go to sleep? Dig through the ashtrays trying to find half smoked smokes to last you until you can get some? Have you ever been so desperate for a smoke that you've picked up SOMEONE ELSE'S have smoked smoke and smoked it? (lol) I did those things when I was in highschool and couldn't get my hands on a fresh pack. Didn't think about how dirty it was then...lol
