Do you think the sleep is really important?

One says that it must sleep about eight hours, but the hours of sleep vary between persons. What about you?

sleep is really important... i experience the difference of getting sleep at least 8 hours and 4 to 5 hours.
before i always get 8 hours sleep i feel good, relax, skin is good and makes me beautiful hehe but now i always sleep late at night and got only 4 to 5 hours sleep i feel weak, unhappy and my skin is not good im becoming ugly hehehe

I usually sleep for 5 to 6 hours per day. It is my normal sleeping time.If i exceed the normal sleeping hours i will become lazy like sloth.
Some extremely busy persons have to get used to 4 sleeping hours a day everyday. They really use the time that God has given effectively.
