Screaming children

dHave you eveer been to a restaurant and have your dinner ruined by a screaming child? The parents just ignore it and let it go on and on. Parents can control this behavior if they really want to. Children learn at a very early age just how much they can get away with. I come from a family of seven children. None of us ever screamed and threw tantrums in public. Any misbehavior and Dad would say "that will be enough of that", and that was all it took. I blame current misbehavior on that moron Dr. Spock. He couldn't even control his own son who wound up commiting suicide.
