FORZA ITALIA CHAMPIONI DAL MONDO 2006/go italy champions of the world 2006. i was ova the moon when we one the world cup. luved the game against the germans, it was the best game of the tornament i think. it was good that we bet the aussies, ova here in australia all the aussies were crying because they lost to us they thought it was unfair. but the majority of those supports dont give a ... about soccer and the aussie soccer team, so i dont no y they were cryind for. when the aussies and italians were playing i didnt no which team to go for but in the end i went for the italians because i believed they had much more of a chance to win the world cup than the aussies, and they did.

Italy the best of the bests. looks a little bit subjective but it is so. really the last world cup was a good one. really interesting and exciting. to tell the truth no one, apart from supporters, could really say that Italy was going to win this world cup 2006. Partly due to merit and partly due to luck, but they were equally able to find their way out.

I don't agree with you buddy... as I and all my frnds who rooted for Italy had ample faith in them, in lifting the cup - but yes luck was many a times was not on their side but WHERE there is a Will, there surely is a WAY... Never Giv' up hope as IF u surely put-up your best in hardwork for whatever you do, I am sure 99% chance is - you gonna make it... CHEERS!!!

And to me this is the only subject I don't like to discuss :-(
As I wrote in another discussion, I'm the only Italian person who is for France since my childhood.
So, while you were celebrating (beh dai, voglio dire "festeggiare") in front of the Duomo (Cathedral) I was crying in my bungalow (I was in Finland that unlucky night....)
:-(
