Romania vs EU

In your humble opinion...is that correct that a degree obtained in Romania wouldn't be valid in EU unless difference tests are taken? ( only the MEDICAL DEGREE is accepted by all EU members )

as far as i understand European law every European country must offer degrees of equal standing, it is the only way to allow free movement of labour, so i say it must now be the same
