Baby shower suggestions....................Anyone!! (please)

My future sister in law is due in June. My mom and I are planning a shower for around April, no later than the first week of May. What I would like to know is if anyone has some really great party games, gift suggestions, maybe a specific theme? I would like to call on the help of everyone. This is going to be HUGE.

Party games...no (how 'bout "Is she really this b*tchy or is it all hormonal?")
Gifts...I've met her...please, let's not go there...okay okay okay...diapers are ALWAYS a good idea, and so is a Target giftcard...can't go wrong with either of these.
Theme?
I don't do any theme other than "Show up and eat when you get here or starve..."
Sorry girl...BB showers are SO not my thing!

I put on a baby shower for my daughter-in-law last June. I found many helpful websites on the internet. One of my favorite games some may think is gross but it was a lot of fun. You get about ten different kinds of candy bars and ten diapers. You smear the candy into the diaper and pass it around and see if the people can guess whats in the diaper.

Oh, that's funny!! My very first baby shower we did something similiar, we put baby food, I think green beans or peas in just one diaper, the person who had that diaper won a prize. Thanks very much for your response.
