Anyone use ChaCha that is not a guide?

I'm a ChaCha guide and I was just wondering if there is anyone here that uses ChaCha other than fellow guides. It seems that in previous ChaCha posts everyone that uses it is already a guide. I'm just curious. If you havent used it though, check it out...www.chacha.com.

Haha wow they're a terrible service. I was a guide but I was so embarrassed that I had to stop.

I have to say this...I am a guide, and have referred the service to many others, and they have never been satisfied with the results! I keep saying "check back after this upgrade" or that upgrade but I can't keep these people interested! I don't know what else to do to get them to switch! Kinda like switching phone co's, everyone is SO reluctant to leave g00gle...I have never had anything but good results on my own when using chacha. Any ideas on what to say? My boyfriend uses it all the time, he is not a guide, and loves it! He likes the chat factor too, though...LOL
