Any Amature Treasure Hunters on mylot?

I'd love to hear your stories! I have a friend who's been searching for Sir Frances Drake's lost treasure off the coast of Albion, California, for about 20 years! There was even a movie made about it years ago! I know another person who wants to search for the lost treasures in New Mexico! What about you? I like to read about it on the internet!

I am not an amateur treasure hunter myself. But I love to watch movies related to treasure and treasure hunting. Thanks for starting this topic since I think by virtue of it like you I will also be able to read some good treasure hunting stories.

I think some people do spend alot of money. But my friend does this in his spare time, he lives and works there.
