Any suggestions about blogging?

I do have in mind n of setting up a blog. What features would you like to see/read that keeps you visiting that blog? Any suggestions would you put in it?

As opposed to a regular blog, I prefer to do most of my writing on Gather, where I have a network of over 1300 people. My stuff gets read, and it's not uncommon to see over 100 comments on an article.

Just blog about anything that interists you, I am sure there are others that might have the same interist and read you blog.

People nowadays blog about anything and everything (I have a few in my profile) your best bet would be to find something that interests you - that way you'll be more inclined to keep it updated - and basically people are looking for pretty much any topic under the sun so providing you have the content you'll get the visitors :-)
