I want to know about getting more friends on mylot.

It is beneficial in that they should reply to some of your posts and you in turn reply to theirs. The problem is that the more friends you collect, the more difficult it becomes to post to all your friends' discussions. You should try to get friends that post discussions that are interesting to you and hopefully your discussions will be interesting to them. I have some friends that I find it very difficult to post to because their interests are very different from mine. Having friends that post to your discussions keep you discussion alive and going to the front page where other people see them and post also. That is how some discussions get so many replies and of course, it has to appeal to a lot of people as well. I hope this explanation helps.
