These days the only exercise is get is the fingers when I am typing here on myLot, walking and occupying the brain too of course. LOL
Actually I try to walk for a while every day, depending on a couple of things. If for some reason I do not get up early, then I do not walk because it is summer here in Australia and so hot. We could be going somewhere for an appointment, and so the only walking I do is from the car to the appointment and back again. Still walking is a good form of exercise and people of all ages can do it. :)

Agreed. I recently started walking more as well. It gets me good cardio without killing my muscles and rendering them unuseable in the gym.

i always do sit ups in the morning and in the evening. i also do belly dancing at home. i am not much of an exercise person but i do give myself some time to unwind. and exercising is one best way to ease out my stress. it's a healthy way to enjoy time with myself!

I love Pilates and Yoga. DDR is totally awesome for working out. I heard of a girl who lost 50 pounds from playing it on a regular basis.

I enjoy yoga, pilates, dance and kickboxing the most. I did a little boxing too... but they don't offer that anymore at the place I go.

I like walk. I walk daily and i think that its an ideal exercise and everyone can do it easily in a day at any time. I do morning & evening walk both in a day and like it. I do n't like to go to gym so, i simply walk at home and maintain my health. Walk is the solution of plenty of diseases.

Never heard of kettlebells, I'll have to check out that Web site.
I've been a runner for a couple of decades--running in races, etc.--but my aging body has slowed that down a bit. I do cardio machines in the gym--I like the elliptical trainer for a good workout--and also have a rowing machine at home that I use. Rowing is a good workout for most of the major muscle groups.
Walking I love because it's relaxing and can do it anytime and anywhere; I'll do it even if it's snowing or raining, I just need to dress properly.
