do u think indian food should always be spicy??

not necessary, yes Indians do prefer spicy food, but there are things which have no spice at all I remember giving aloo ka paratha (potato stuffed bread) to my trainer from Canada and he turned all red after having a bite.

Just like Indians, Sri Lankans also use a lot of spices in their food. So we want Indian foods to remain spicy as it always has been. But the reaction of the western people could be more different than this. They are not very much into spices. When we were working in Saudi Arabia we had to hunt for Indian restaurants to eat some food that matches our taste.
