What is moer difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel?

I find it more difficult to look someone in the eye while I am telling them how I feel than it being the other way around..when someone is telling me how they feel about something (or anything else in general) I have to look them in the eye to see if they trully mean what they are saying..
