The Orlando Magics, They turned their team around so much this past year. Being from the EAST everyone is probably gonna bash on them, but how good are they for being such a young team.
Plus Grant Hill is on fire and same with DeWight Howard

I am going to with the Houston Rockets. Considering Yao was basically carrying this entire team before he was injured, most people expected them to falter and fall in the standings. However, since T- Mac has returned, the Rockets have been anything but falling. In fact they have risen in the standings, winners of 5 of 7 since Yao's injury. They are playing some of the best defense in the league, and T- Mac has returned to form, lighting it up from the field. The Rockets are also starting to get contributions from their bench. Players like Steve Novak, Luther Head, and John Lucas are coming in and doing their job. No one has mentioned them yet, so I thought I'd have the pleasure.

I would too have to say that the Dallas Mavericks are the hottest team in the NBA but that can change quickly. I think once Denver gets Carmelo Anthony back from his suspension that they will get hot since they just picked up Allen Iverson so they will have a lethal combination. The Mavericks are rolling right now.

I believe its the Phoenix Suns, then the Dallas Mavericks.
The Phoenix Suns and the Dallas Mavericks as of 09 January 2007 are the only teams with single digit losses, same with only eight (8) losses for both teams.
Well, the Phoenix Suns with a rough season start of 1-5 (W-L) in the standing, has been 25-3 after up to present, and getting hotter with a newer streak of seven consecutive wins. The hottest team in the NBA today, no doubt, is the Phoenix Suns....thier is no question about it. I mean for one, the average a win by 20 points, they have had a winning streak for 15 games and no they are on another winning streak at 16 games +, and who knows when it is going to end. Dallas is a great team right now too but im pretty sure Phoenix could out run them right now. Thaks

No i don't think that mavericks is hottest team . They have Dirk Nowitzki greatest europyen player and good sg Jason Terry . There are better team that it is called New York Knicks they have two good point guards and more good c that hase a lot of musculs and can fight for balls .

it has to be the pheonix suns they win like ninety percent of their games that they play and they have went on like two twenty win streaks or something like that this y ear so they are by far the hottest team and plying the best basketball right now

Alot of teams are on fire right now, like Dallas, Phoenix, L.A they all puttin in alot of work on the floor. I cant wait for the finals this year.
