What is primary requirement to be called hacker?? When can you call yourself a Pro Hacker or should you even call yourself hacker??

thts ok...This is something which never ends...the more you know is less....there is always more to learn.....but i feel no one is a pro hacker....it is never ending...exhaustive study....
