I have been wondering why ebay only used paypal not e-gold. From my surfing i found that most people is already start using e-gold rather than paypal. i also interested why there are no services th change from paypal to e-gold or else. And i found that it would profitable if someone can make a system to solve this problem

Ebay does not allow a LOT of payment systems & ebay does not allow a lot of countries:

Paypal via sign up requires a bank account/credit card type deal to verify who you are, e-gold requires nothing.
Paypal transactions can be reversed, e-gold are NON reversible. So if you are a merchant accepting PayPal you may sell something, ship it only to find out weeks later the charge has been reversed.
Costs for using PayPal on a sale or transfer of small amounts under like $5 are way more then e-gold, especially if you are making small payments under $1 e-gold is perfect, PayPal is like .35 cents per payment.
E-gold allows all accounts to act as a personal or merchant account, you can set an account (5 mins) and begin accepting fund immediately for sale.
However, e-gold with around 3 million account and PayPal with 120 million, PayPal is much more accepted worldwide.
Its not that one is 'better' than the other, you can accept both at your web or personally as long as you are in the correct country, have a bank account or CC and verify who you are.....
e-gold is good for some tasks, but mainstream, PayPal may work also for others. You may also try www.moneybookers.com which is an easy set up or www.webmoney.com

paypal is associated with credit card, and is reversibel!
so you could easily imagin, there are too many frauds related!
e-gold is gold backed, and all payments are final! and its worldwide available.
there are about 4 000 000 e-gold accounts.
so e-gold is the best!

Paypal is a subsidiary of eBay, that is why they will only allow their merchants to use their payment processor. e-Gold is direct competition of Paypal and strictly follows the rule "caveat emptor", let the buyer beware! Once you spend your e-gold, e-Gold.com will not do any action to recover your funds. Such action would have to be persued between you and the person whom you sent the e-gold too.
In the past, there have been a few sites that offered the service of exchanging of payments from one payment processor to another, between Paypal, e-Gold, and Stormpay. Unfortunately, these sites either fell victim to the Stormpay fiasco, or did not have sufficient funds to operate their business. It could also be because of Paypal's refusal to operate in conjunction with e-Gold, although as a private individual, who has the funds in both an e-gold account and a paypal account, I could not see in how a private business to be kept from operating in a legitimate manner.
