Are you planning to have an epidural?

Im not sure what I'm going to do. I'm really going to try to go natural but I have no idea how these contractions are going to feel. I am really scared of getting the epidural so I hope I cant tolerate the pain.

My advise is not to have one. If you have already had 2 children without it why would you think of having one with your third. I had an epidural with my first child and it was horrible. You are completely paralysed from the waist down, you have to have a catheter and it takes away your control over the birth. I would never of had it done if I had known what it was all about. Also, you can end up with alot of back pain afterwards as they place the injection in your spine. I am sure alot of women's experiences have been fine, I am just telling you my story.
