I was just reading about you when I saw your question about LOL. Well, actually here are a few more acronyms for you (taken out of the For the Love of Letters book actually):
ROFL - Rolling on the floor laughing!
TTYL - Talk to you later
JK - Just kidding
GTG - Got to go
BRB - Be right back
BBL - Be back later
BICBW - Because I could be wrong
No, I think we better concentrate on just writing, without the need for so many acronyms!

Lol means laugh out loud so something must have been
amusing and made the poster laugh out loud.
Thats about the only abbreviation that I do

Well lol is computer slang for laugh out loud.... at lot of people use it when they want to show what they're saying is supposed to be funny or when they think something somebody else said is funny. Hope this helps!
