the theory of evolution -versus- divine creation

I believe it was divine creation. Have you ever noticed that when people give a timeline to evolution, millions of years ago, etc, that nobody seems to have the same years that things supposedly just happened? If science was supposed to answer this question, how come nobody agrees on a specific time? As far as for the afterlife, would you rather just go along with life thinking nothing of an afterlife, and then being completely wrong?

Evolution. I'm atheist. I dont think that some divine creature created the world. I think that is as fictional as the Lord of the Rings.
