Your knowledge is very poor as far as foreigners are concerned. There are millions of Indians in UAE, Saudi, Kuwait and Bahrain. There are millions in US and Canada. there are millions in UK. There are more than thousands in every country in the world including China. That being the case, there are hardly a million foreigners in India. India is a free country, allowing the direct foreign capital. Hence the industrialists, employers, employees of foreign origin will be visiting and staying in India. Your argument does not hold any water in the context of global economy.
