I have to prepare an essay so please help me out with some key ideas and points

The main theme is as follow :-
There are some skills that virtually all people use every day. There are some skills that only few people have, but all people should master.
Think about a skill that most people do not have but could benefit from mastering. Why would people benefit from having this skill? What are the consequences of not having this skill?
Please tell some ideas and key points or either some descriptive note abt it..

How about good communication skills: written and verbal it's not something that most people do not have but it would be good if more people could master it.
Another set of people that should definitely have communication skills are teachers, some of them can be quite bad at explaining things.
Managerial Skills: So many managers at workplaces are so bad.
