I think most of the ppl are aware of this person..The apprehension of the worst kind of human depravity as captured in "The silence of the Lambs" appears to be unfortunately coming true.. Surrender Koli has confessed to his interrogators that he not only killed 17 persons,many of them childrens but he also ate their parts of bodies... and then our great politician make statements that this keeps happening and its small and routine.... According to me We should hang this type of in front of the the people so that infuture no one dares to committ these type of crime What You guys think................This topic need to discussed...so that if he gets bail we should make sure he goes back to the hell
