i was thinking upon from so many days, that myLot has given option in here for friends and since i am getting friendship alerts does mylot pays for making friends...?

No, Mylot doesn't pay for making friends. You make friends if you want to know more people, and have more people answering your topics. MyLot only gives you money for bringing in new users (referals), where you get 25% of their earnings.
