Hate is a strong word... Do you honestly hate anyone?

I do..a very close but unfaitfull friend who actually tried and succeeded in destroying my life to a certain extent, i realy hate him...he stabbed to death my trust and faith on him..

Hate is a very strong emotion, however when you hate someone, it only hurts yourself, so if you really want to get your own back on someone, do not give them the pleasure of passing on that negative feeling. Try and look on it as one of lifes experiences, then walk away and surround yourself with more worthy people.
