find mylot.com slow in working? ???

I think that was normal because now mylot have 6000+ members so the traffic must be in full, delay on server is normal until mylot upgrade they server or buy more bandwith.

Hi there, I had noticed this for rather a long time now, yes, it is somewhat slow when I browse this site, I think this is caused by the server's overload, as you know, there are more than 80,000 members now here in mylot, so many browses must slow down the server.

I also find that mylot.com takes time to open compared to other site.So waht I do is open many tabs of mylot.com

Well, i do n't think so or may b it happens. I am quite happy with mylot and feel good here. I think that it depends upon speed of urs network system. I add sometimes 5 images in a mint. and sometimes, only 1 picture adds. All this is due to our network speed and 1 thing more plz. It does n't look fair that u may give comments about mylot negatively on mylot.

At night it seems to move a lot faster for me than during the day. Site speed depends on your connection, how much traffic there is at the site, the area which you are browsing in the site and they browser you are using. The less people there are online, the faster it seems to move. I use IE and Opera to browse and IE seems to mover faster and less stalling than Opera.

yes.. mylot works vry slow even payment process also works very slow

It varies for me, sometimes it is at a average speed, and sometimes I have to reload my page.

nops i thinks it is working just fine yes few days back it seems slow but now its working just fine..!

i thought it was happen only to me and i thought it was my computer or lines fault. I dont have aalso the idea why this is happening all the time.

yeah right! I think mylot is slow when it it comes to going back to discussions, the default is today's top discussion while i want to be on the new discussions. but when it comes to loading the page it alright with me, maybe sometimes it slows down but not with mine, or maybe just maybe i am patient enough to wait, lol

no here in my country it is one of the best sites..very quick indeed.

yep the pages r a bit heavier to load than others like orkut etc

heya, yeah i agree with you that Mylot is quite a slow site. Maybe the bandwidth on their server is to slow for the amount of traffic that they have. I think they were not prepared for the site to grow so quickly and are having a few teething problems. Hopefully they will soon improve this and although it is slow i still keep coming back. Tanika.
