is it ok to be friends with your ex??

Can you be friends with ex-boyfrends/ girlfrends or husbands/wives?what about going out with them socially? example: have dinner with them?? Do you believe it is inappropriate and/or disrespectful to your current partner to be frends with them?Or do you think its fine?? Do you believe in this quote: "If an ex-partners remain frends..it means that they were still inlove or they were never inlove...??!!

For me it's ok to be friends with your ex partner as long as it's ok with your current partner. Sometimes jealousy occurs because of that so you better think again regarding that matter if you are planning to make friends with your x.

well in my condion i have my gal fren who was a ax of myy fren....well i have a good fren ship with him as well as my gal fern.....it dosent bother much .,...do it?

i like to be friend my ex... for we started as friends anyways.It gets only complicated when u still have feelings for each other or you still havent fix an old issue between u two.

for it is ok to be friends with my Ex girlfriend. and im sure ex partners can be friends :)

I believe you CAN be friends if both of you try, and work on your relationship. This means complete honesty, trust, and able to forget and forgive the mistakes made in the past. However, i believe it is kind of disrespectful to your current partner, who will not really understand. I do believe that quote, due to personal experiences. Thank you for sharing that.
