I think for men they should definitely cut their nails at least once a week and it both finger nails and toe nails. Otherwise you will have nasty looking nails that nobody would want to see plus you may scratch someone the next time you shake hands or whatever. I cut mine once a week too.

I dont I file them. Then buff them and shape them then I polish them. And they look beautiful

I don't like long nails, so I cut mine short as soon as they feel uncomfortable, probably every 8-9 days. My toes nails seem to take longer to grow, so I cut these, about every three weeks. I always make sure they are clean, as I dislike dirty nails on both men and women...and even children.
