"The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman an "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand are two of my most favorite ones! The World is Flat really opened many avenues for my mind muscles to stretch! The author is a genius! Ayn Rand's Fountainhead encourages me to think out of the box every time I give it a read!
