How do i get rid of these cockroaches at my home :@!!!!

lol my kitchen kinda got a few cockroaches which i intend to take out soon!!any ideas?? is it just my house or other also suffering with insects?? if yes, which insects trouble you most?? Im really very conscious of these small tiny insects!!

I think you must use some kind of insect spray,I hope they will definitely help you..
