Healthy Smoothie 8 oz Fat Free Milk 3/4 C Strawberries 1/2 Med Banana 8 Ice Cubes (8 oz water) Dump all the ingredients into a blender & process until you achieve the desired consistency. I actually wind up adding more ice because I like my smoothies very thick - almost like a milkshake.

3/4 cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt 6 ice cubes 2tbs honey then a piece of fruit or a cup of berries, whichever you prefer. We use bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, whatever we have in the house. You can use frozen fruit as well. If you want to go even healthier, you can add a tablespoon of ground flax seeds or coconut oil to the mix. If you want something a little less healthy but still not bad, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a banana makes an awesome smoothie.

This is what I make when I am craving ice cream. I am dieting and do not want the fat of ice cream! Pudding Shake: 8-10 ice cubes 1 cup of skim milk 2 tablespoons of sugar-free/fat-free pudding mix (any flavor) 1 tsp vanilla extract This makes a huge 'milkshake' and is delicious! I use a brand of sugar-free syrups made by 'Da Vinci' instead of the vanilla extract. You can make so many different variations of this using different puddings and different syrups. One could also add fruit if desired! Enjoy !
