divorces increase

In italy, the country where I live, currently there is a divorce every 4 minutes. In last years the divorce rate had a big increase, and I think it happened in many parts of world. I read that in Usa the divorce rate was 0,38 per capita in 2005. Why so many couples divorce after few time they said "I do"? I think the more meaningful causes are : poor communication between spouses, failed expectations and financial problems. And for you, which are the more important causes of marriages' failure?
