Negative effects of Energy Drinks

Have you ever have an Energy Drink effect you in a negative way? As an example, I got a extremely bad headache the first time I drank one.

Yes, they have ingredients that aren`t good for you and can make your heart race at an abnormal rate. They make you really hyper for about 10 minutes and then you`re as slow as a cow. I don`t drink them too often just because I know they`re not good for you. my favorite one is Red Bull though. I do have a favorite
